B) Application
YMCH-H type of terpolymer resin can be applied in plastic and metal overprinting varnish, metal corrosion resistant coating, maintenance paint, repair paint, vessel and marine lacquer, rolling material coating, spray paint for plastic shell, interlamination coating, can coating, aluminium foil varnish, heat-transfer printing gum, electronic-chemical aluminum coating, PTP aluminum foil glue(VC glue), glue for covering steel sheet with film, PVC glue, glue for row nails, glue for shoe materials, UV surface treatment agent, UV primer, silk-screen printing ink and transfer printing ink etc.
C) Solubility & Compatibility
For YMCH-H type of terpolymer resin, ketone solvents are specially suited, such as ace-tone, MEK, nadone and isophorone. Compared with ketone solvents, ester solvents have lower solubility for YMCH-H resin, such as methyl acetate, ethyl acetate and butyl acetate etc. Therefore, we need to heat the solution or add ketone solvent into the solution while YMCH-H resin is dissolved in ester solvents. Chlorohydrocarbons, Nitro compound and alicyclic solvents, such as dichloroethane and diethylene oxide, also can dissolve YMCH-H terpolymer resin, but these kinds of solvent are toxic, they are only used in special situation.
YMCH-H type of terpolymer resin is miscible with other resins during the course of usage, such as other types of vinyl chloride vinyl acetate copolymer, PVC resin, perchloro-ethylene resin, ketone resins, chloroprene rubber, NBR, polyacrylate, epoxy resin, polyester and petroleum resin etc.
D) Stability
YMCH-H resin has excellent light and heat stability, but when they are used outdoors or at higher temperature, the following stabilizers are suggested to use with it, such as organotin stabilizer without sulphur, epoxy compound stabilizers and light resistant ultraviolet stabilizer.
E)Packaging and Storage
YMCH-H resin is usually packaged according to 25Kgs per bag, which is the craft paper-plastic composite bag lined with plastic film.
YMCH-H resin should be stored in dry place away from sunlight, any queries on technology or quality assurance can be inquired to our company.
